About the School

We are a professional private children’s English training school dedicated to providing lively and high-quality English education for young learners aged 5 to 15. Our class size is controlled at 12-14 students at maximum, creating a relaxed, interactive and personalized teaching atmosphere for both teachers and kids. We now sincerely invite enthusiastic native English teachers to join our friendly team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging 60-minute English courses for students aged 5-15 following the official teaching materials and curriculum provided by the school.
2. Organize interactive classroom activities to stimulate children’s interest in English and improve their listening, speaking and comprehensive language abilities.
3. Cooperate with Chinese teaching assistants to complete daily teaching work and communicate timely about students’ learning status.
4. Abide by the school’s working regulations and finish related teaching arrangements earnestly.
Working Schedule & Basic Information

- Weekly teaching hours: 20 hours
- Days off: Every Monday & Tuesday
- Class duration: 60 minutes per period
- Contract term: 12 months
Requirements (Mandatory)

1. Nationality: Native English speaker from America, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand
2. Age: Under 35 years old.
3. Education: Hold a valid Bachelor’s degree or above.
4. Certificate: Possess a TESOL certificate.
5. Experience: Relevant English teaching experience is required.
6. be passionate about children’s education and patient with young learners.
Competitive Salary & Benefits

1. After-tax Salary: 23,000 RMB per month
